Meant for Two

Meant for Two
Meant for Two is an interactive room-sized installation. A small, cozy cavern with rounded corners, slow pulsing music, with two seats, a central table and totems. The totems’ lights react in proximity to the central table, changing the space by how the audience interacts with it.
Meant for Two examines the space created by calm, intimate moments between two people - whether romantic partners, friends, or strangers - as well as examining what that space feels like when occupied by just one person. Is it comfortable, or do you notice the absence of another in the stark empty stool across from you?
